LAWYERS

How I can serve you and

your clients at no cost...

LAWYERS, MEDIATORS, COLLABORATIVE PROFESSIONALS

What’s missing from your case file?

How a Real Estate Divorce Collaboration Specialist Serves You at No Cost!

Having experienced Collaborative Meetings first hand, volunteering at Loyola Law School’s non-profit cases, it quickly became clear to all involved (attorneys, health and finance professionals), that – while it was a first for all of them - having a collaborative trained Realtor at the table answered many open questions and guessing about the real value of the family home, as well as shed light on the implications of both, keeping the house or selling it, and helped everyone’s effort to come up with creative ways of finding a solution that was satisfactory for their divorcing clients.

As a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist, I work at no cost to help family law attorneys, trusts and estates lawyers, mediators and collaborative practice professionals gather property-related documents needed to make informed decisions about real estate matters, such as:

  • the value of the actual equity (appraisal minus mortgage does NOT equal actual equity),

  • insurability,

  • liens,

  • title,

  • used HELOC’s

  • and property condition assessments.

-Need help completing your case file in regards to your clients properties – for FREE?

-Have clients who could use my help gathering the essential information?
