No Fee to set up a consignment account.
Consignment is for 60 days unless otherwise noted.
Pricing of each item will be determined by the owner of SOC
Suggested prices are welcomed. If you do not agree with prices, you have the right to not place it.
Price will be reduced within the 60 day period, as needed to sell it!
SOC has the right to mark down item at anytime if there is a need to, end of season, etc.
In Store specials can occur and it can include your items at a discount without prior notice.
Consignor will pick up items by the 67th day or they will be donated to a local charity without further notice!
Starting Over Consignments is not responsible for any damages or loss by reason of fire, theft, water or any other conditions whatsoever.
Starting Over Consignments reserves the right to not accept any or all item(s) for consignment.
Consignor will receive 40% of the final selling price after the item is sold less buyer fess unless otherwise noted in the signed agreement!
Money earned will be mailed the first or second week of the following month. Store credit can be used at any time instead of waiting for check.
No statement will be sent if there has been no sales or money owed is less than $5.
All garments must be freshly dry cleaned or laundered, fragrance free, pressed, and on hangers, in season, and have no stains, repairs needed or other signs of wear. Thanks in advance!
Unsold items can be picked up or SOC can donate at the end of the 60 day agreement or when the season changes.

Sorry, we don’t accept the following items for consignment:
Clothing that did not sale in your last Garage Sale
Clothing that is more than 3 years old
Lingerie or lounge wear
Aerobic wear or bathing suits
Shoes
Shoes MUST be slightly worn or preferably BRAND NEW!
